Piers Barttelot

Piers has been in the property industry for over 20 years, starting off his career in a highly successful niche practice in the City of London. After 4 years of cutting his teeth on both landlord and tenant work he wanted to gain some big firm experience and be exposed to the world of blue chip occupiers and developer landlords in one of the biggest real estate practices globally. Piers wanted to further progress his career and moved with the firm to the Middle East to set up Leasing operations in Abu Dhabi. After 2 and half years Piers was approached to head-up commercial leasing and asset management for one of the worlds largest Soverign wealth funds where he was responsible for leasing 1.9 million sq ft of office space. It was here that Piers saw the disparity of advice provided to landlords and tenants, realising that tenants on the whole receive sub standard advice compared to landlords.

Piers wanted to practice what he preached and set up a tenant only consultancy in London which later merged with other like minded professionals to form Reesa, part of Row Group.

Out of work Piers is a keen skier, windsurfer and socialiser and stays fit by keeping up with his 3 sons.

Sean Dooley

E-Commerce, lifestyle, and property; these are just a few points on Sean Dooleys track record. In recent years Sean has been a rising star in the UK’s commercial property sector specialising in advising fast growth businesses (predominantly within Europe’s TMT sector) on their property decisions. His diverse transactional experience extends to providing a full range of expert services including serviced office brokering, leasehold acquisitions, investment, design and build, furniture procurement, workplace consultancy, project management and deal execution.
Sean has co-lead the Property Work Group at Tech London Advocates since 2013, with the group working towards a White Paper highlighting the issues in London’s property scene for tech, and creating an accreditation program for landlords to help encourage them to provide tech friendly real estate. He was recently featured in Property Week as a pioneer powering London’s tech sector and commented on the shifting landscape for London’s office space in the world of fast growing technology companies for Forbes magazine.
Sean has an overriding desire to help businesses grow through the curation and utilization of their working spaces. Despite possessing an unstoppable work ethic he has a passion about bridging the gap between work and play, the home and the office, to enhance the life fulfillment and successes of the next working generation. It is this vision that has been the catalyst behind White Bear, where Sean and his team have been working on a rare and brave product range to bring to market on an innovating e-commerce platform to revolutionise the development and distribution of lifestyle products to workplaces and working people throughout the UK.
When Sean is not working in the office, on the tube, or on his kitchen dining table – he can be found playing indoor tennis, trying to catch a wave in Cornwall or enjoying an adventure on Safari in East Africa.

David Perrins

David has been part of the fast emerging PropTech scene since it’s creation, using over 15 years of industry experience to innovate and pioneer what OCO believe is going to be a game changer.

The hunt for commercial property often lacks a certain level of transparency, honesty, speed and trust. Technology is now at a point where these problems can be solved; the whole industry is about to pivot and embrace what we believe is a technological awakening. David has advised some of the world’s most important companies and built market-leading businesses in the real estate sector – this experience will become the DNA for the OCO platform, as well as David’s appreciation and desire to explore new aesthetic, cultural and social aspects of the world.

Beyond the office, David stays centered by his love of finding hidden beaches, spending time with his family and checking out the latest art exhibitions. He also has a weakness for concrete, abandoned buildings and trying to discover the next female recording artist. The search continues…
